She's completely and utterly beyond help. Do you know what else gives you a dopamine hit 10KK? (Soz @Yammyssubstanceaddiction but lol at that one) exercising regularly which you could do by getting on your feet and getting the blood pumping by taking your kids out and playing with them. Thrill seeking behaviours which can be pushed into something positive, such as adventure parks like adventure island, chessington, ceebeebies world etc (if you'll fit in the rides) .. why not take your kids there and get your 'hit' that way? Trying something new, again, the list is endless as you have children so there are several places you could go or activities and crafts you could do with them to make memories, help you all learn and exert your demonic behaviour in a sane and healthy way.
