Horrific but I never thought they did it to hide their tracks or whatever. Just presumed they did it cause he was blocking their stash or was in a bed one of them wanted to lie on. They probably just saw him the way you or I would see a bag of rubbish. Sadly

Omfg, there really was a body!
Yes she will get the COL payment unless she was sanctioned over the 17th September which is the golden date. If she was receiving benefits that week then she will receive the payment.
