I think that Doormat got even with Hairy this evening. His dinner consists of four mini pitas filled with the driest looking donnor meat. He stuffed one with a few pieces of tomato, lettuce and took a bite. You could tell by his face and that it took him minutes to chew it that he hated it. Good for her!! 
She definitely didn’t like that lentil bake. Her comment that it’s “made so the whole family likes it” really means it’s bland as do. Hence all the sauces she has to add to it to get it to go down

Ela asking what her mum thought she was going to say about the lentil bake, it’s like Ela wants to say whatever her mum wants to hear, but then sev (not using her brain) saying she was worried Ela might not like the lentil bake. There was no need for sev to say that, let the kid be without judging what she will or won’t like.
