Moaning about social services - They do have a role with you Steph, You are specifically stating you're struggling to engage with your child, you cant find ways to read with him, he has no bedtime routine so he is up half the night. They can offer you advice as i have done. Sleep action Scotland, parenting courses....why do you think you are above becoming a better parent? i bet when they've reached out to you, you've told them its just trolls etc. You are failing your child! unfortunately it will be seen in a positive light. It only becomes problematic if parents are split and one objects to supplementation. Paeds often see vitamin supplementation in a positive light. Mine does as my children are very fussy and one has ARFID.
But max has a fab diet and should be getting all he needs from it. I don't agree he should be supplemented with magnesium because he is on medication for cerebral palsy and its actually contraindicated - so someone needs to step in there.
