Totally agree taking it for diabetes and his dosage increases are monitored by a health professional. A stone in 3 weeks is achievable with lots of diets as it’s mostly water, she wouldn’t be looking so tiny as she does in some of her recent photos and videos with just a stone. She’s still using filters in my opinion, her appetite doesn’t seem to be suppressed
