Also fully agree. Max is entitled to high rate everything and whatever other benefits that come with that.

But she won’t ever want people to think she has a benefit car… that’s totally beneath her 😂 so of course it’s a company car 🚗

He might have only become entitled when he turned 5 so she might just be hearing about it now. You need a s ton of evidence / be terminal / or limbless for high rate before 5.

God she's annoying

She's one of those people who think they are saying a lot but are just talking BS

Proper clout chaser looking to boost her numbers!
The nonchalant tone and under enthusiastic approach to her delivery is more fy than the fy behaviour she’s calling out.

I hope Soph has contacted her employer. Who wants a mental health advocate online applying themselves to a conversation that has absolutely heehaw to do with them, and then name call??? Making several videos inserting herself. Isn’t there a code of conduct for NHS workers?

Baffles me what certain people don't understand with the NHS social media policy 😬 Nadine BPD should not be getting involved with any discussion that directly involves naming people! She could do generalised posts but her bringing names into it is where she's breaching the NHS social media policy! I'm anonymous here and on tik tok but I don't say anything offensive or hurtful and that's the way she should behave to people who she doesn't know personally! She deserves to be reported and if I ever do the same as she's doing so would I, but here's the difference I don't and wouldn't. She needs to be careful. It's well documented People with BPD should not be protected by the consequences of their actions because of their mental health. The 3Cs she should be using on her tik tok account are,
I didn’t cause it.
I can’t cure it.
I can’t control it.

I cannot stand the woman so I’m not defending her in any way. But there is a lot said on here about pip/dla.
M will be entitled to the full amount of pip. Enhanced care and mobility.approx £770 pcm.
This is not dependant on any money she has coming in or has in the bank ,as the benefit is for M. But she is free to spend it however she likes.there are no rules about spending.
As M ( probably) gets pip someone is also able to claim carers allowance for him.this can be anyone who helps care for him.the only rule is that earnings can’t be more than £150 Pw ( approx) so the way to utilise this would be to employ a member of her family as a cleaner eg. Pay her £150 a week and allow her to claim carers.( £80 Pw)
When it comes to vav herself she might even be able to claim pip for her ADHD . Earnings don’t come in to it ,nor savings. You are allowed to work and claim PIP. And if she does get this,it opens up the opportunity for another claim for carers, for someone else to claim .so the same scenario could be used ie employ relative as her PA ,pay her £150 and she will be entitled to carers for vav ( £80)
This is all completely legal.
If you have made it this far then I hope I haven’t bored you too much. As I say,I cannot abide the woman and her lies and manipulation.
but this is how the system works. She’s not bending any rules or breaking any. This is what she is entitled to under the rules of the DWP.
So in short fed without max as her cash cow . Good explanation tho .

Yes and she should familiarise herself with it. Whistleblowers are also protected
