He's not very active which was his problem in the main playground, he can't keep up with the other kids, and at a play park he will just sit on round abouts and spin so ends up getting left behind. So hard. I will see what I can think up though and see if there is something short we could invite another kid to do with him. Thank you

I know how weird that's what Christmas is all about for her, especially as a parent.
I usually host Christmas dinner for around 7 of us however I'm not this year, with everything going on family health issues etc. It's just me and the kids (who don't even eat Christmas dinner) so I'm actually looking forward to a nice chilled, Christmas with the kids with no stressing in the kitchen
Undecided what we are having yet, one of the few meals we all eat or a Chinese if my local one is open. It's their day so I'm going to enjoy being present and not flapping in the kitchen. On these play dates if that's what happens, it's still a social experience for him. starters here is basically a buffet of starters to cater for everyone, build your own prawn cocktail ingredients, pate, cheeses and a variety of picky nibbles the kids might eat. Then standard turkey, beef and gammon with all the trimmings. I might have to make a dish of my cheesy leeks for my mum to pop in the oven for him because she won't do them for him. I like to feed them up so when it comes to dessert they only want a small serving so there's more left for me to eat in bed later watching crap on telly
