That's actually quite creepy behaviour.
And from the woman who shouts about the AUDACITY of people who do not respect her decisions in life yet here she is having absolutely zero respect for your decision to say 'no' to her. Not just once, but three times.
I don't believe for one minute that she's the sweetness and light that she tries so hard to portray herself to be and I would also find that persistence unnerving.

Mel is a stark raving lunatic! God knows what goes on in her head but there is nothing decent about her in the slightest! She's pure odd, inside & out!

Confused! The story Mel's always told about her final conversation with her mum has always been her mum saying she wanted her stepdad at their meeting, Mel said no she just wanted her mum so her mum ended things. Miraculously that story has now changed? Did I dream the version about the stepdad?

Because she's an attention seeking liar.
That's the long and short of it.
She's got no content anymore so she's just rehashing previous stuff but with more 'artistic licence'.
She trying to rewrite the ending, which was that her Mum was the one who cut contact and that meant that her Mum had all the power and the last thing Melvyn wants to be seen as is powerless.
She's inwardly seething that her Mum's not been in touch either. She SO wants her Mum to get in touch so that she really can have the final word and tell her to do off for real but her Mother's too smart to play that game.
Her Mum still has ALL the power and that eats away at Melvyn.

I agree, Mel's mum clearly wants nothing to do with her. It's Mel that's obsessed with her mum, definitely not the other way around. I think Mel & her mum are as bad as each other & both are better apart. Mel is the one who's totally obsessed with her mother nearly 5 years on. Mel says she wants nothing to do with her mother but she totally acts like she does! Mel is pathetic. What a waste of a life talking about someone you don't want or like everyday

Absolutely agree. Melvyn is pathologically obsessed with her Mother and it's not a healthy way to live at all.
This is all about Melvyn 'winning'. She doesn't feel that she's had the last word and because she is so consumed by this need to win she's actively and repeatedly reliving history to try and manifest the outcome that she wants.
She honestly needs to see a psychotherapist. As you say, it's been almost five years. People with a healthy state of mind would have let this go after the first twelve months, if not sooner.
To still be obsessing about it all this way down the line could be classed as being a narcissist but NO!! Melvyn's not a narcissist, her mother is!
It's a juvenile's way of thinking when the rationale isn't fully formed. This is why she's so defensive when she doesn't like a question and why we see her trying to manage her anger.
It really is an unhealthy state of mind.

The problem with candles like those is that the scent is only at the top so it smells divine when you have a quick whiff in the shop but it'll be gone before it burns to halfway. They're a gimmick.

Those kids come to spend time with their father and they've got you following them around, phone in hand filming the back of their heads because you are DESPERATE to have something to upload. It's telling that she's clearly run out of things to talk about so she's left with making up stories about her random feelings. Depressed & anxious feelings she says, despite constantly telling her flock she's the happiest & content she's ever been. It's no suprise to me she doesn't go anywhere near a doctor. A doctor would see her behaviour very differently to how Melissa does! A doctor would be sending her for a psychiatrist assessment, a doctor would be asking why after 5 years she is still beyond obsessed with her estranged family. Melissa's life is one big performance. She's living with old diagnosis re her mental health. When you break your leg 20 years ago you don't today say you've still got a broken leg, Melissa does. It's fascinating how Melissa attention seeks from everyone apart from a medical professional. I bet she's beyond a pain in the arse to her employers HR people, similarly she seeks attention from random strangers online, but fascinatingly she doesn't seek any attention from the actual person who is trained & qualified to help make her feel better, a doctor. Interesting that! Mel's happy to make complete google assumptions about her health rather than use trained medical professionals to diagnose & treat her many mental health issues. What are you scared of Melissa, the truth?

Melvyn replies to a fair few questions that disappear from the original video that they commented on.
I'm not even talking about Mel's snarky replies to comments, where you could understand the person wanting to delete their question, but just run of the mill questions that vanish once Melvyn's posted her reply.
