Thank you, that’s a lovely thing to say.This is great advice. Especially as what I’m going through causes memory loss and brain fog. Also the trauma in general causes my recollection to be poor.
I do ‘automatic writing’ but it’s more thoughts etc. I will start a diary of my symptoms 🫶
