That’s not how it works Steph. And you use that to your advantage. There are steps that need to happen before the police would get involved because actually it is not a police matter. It’s a matter for the charity comission.
Charity fraud is quite hard to prove because it’s based on a position of trust and the fact no one knew what was in those buckets except from you. They don’t tend to investigate or know how much was raised in their name.
Coming from a person who has raised for multiple Glasgow based charities for kids the amount of things I was sent from large companies with just the charity reference number was unreal. No one would have known what I’d done with the iPhones we were sent etc… like I said if it were you receiving them you’d probably have sold them on eBay. It’s a position of trust and you’re not trustworthy. In fact rotten to the core no one puts it past you.
I do hope one day you’re investigated for historical fraud by the charity commission and have your historical bank accounts forensically investigated.
But until then, you’re a charity thief. You took from those buckets to pay for day to day things and there is at least one huge chunk of money that should have went to FOA that you splurged on yourself.
You know it’s not a police matter and the reason you won’t pay your hard earned money to silence those is because you won’t win, it’ll turn into an investigation on you.
