@Aitkens Rowie shared the official recipe here for me so I didn't have to use Vavs however I forgot to use it anyway
I used 4 of the little Boursin portions (16g each so 64g showing off my non Vav like math skills now) in an oven proof dish alongside a variety of wee cherry tomato's (some lidl some m&s) nae idea of quantity a fair few anyway, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled some oregano and black pepper. Forgot a sprinkle of sugar which I usually do with tomato based sauces to stop the acid reflux later but hey ho. Bunged it in the oven at 200° for 20/25 mins (think that's what I cook everything in the oven at). Boiled a pan of water, cooked some fresh tagliatelle as per the packet instructions (3mins) last 30 seconds chucked in a handful of young spinach also M&S (I'm not posh it had a yellow sticker so why not) drained and saved some pasta water. Took the tomato and boursin concoction out oven, mashed with a fork, careful to avoid burning hot wee juicy tomatoes exploding into my eyeballs. Mixed all together in pan and added a wee drop of the pasta water to create this fine saucy pasta dish. Voila chefs kiss!

Edit: I only used the wee Boursin portions because I was making it for myself. However I had my niece and daughter come down asking what smelled so good and could they try it so will make it again for the 3 of us next time.

Exactly this. First time I had the sleep nurse involved with my son as a toddler the advice they were giving me basically said his room should be like a prison cell, plain and boring as if just a place to sleep. Toys and everything out of sight and anything that could overstimulate him also out of sight. I was like ok that's not able to happen so I just continued to do my mum thing with little sleep. We co-slept majority of the time, however once his sister came along, he went into his own bed through his own choice. Fast forward a few years, referred back to the sleep nurse and it was different advice again. The advice the professionals give out is constantly changing the more they learn about these conditions, just like the advice given when you have a baby. Weaning age, bottle prep etc all changed throughout the years. Just because something didn't work once doesn't mean it won't work in future.

Totally she just thinks if she tries it once and it doesn’t work then she just forgets about it is she going to sleep with max when he is a adult or a older young man, and his room being at the other end of the house, he wanders about up stairs and she isn’t watching you put a stair gate on or I have seen parents who have special beds to keep their children safe but no she wants a instagramable house and her son and his disabilities don’t fit into that.
