Dried skimmed milk is still DAIRY vav and guess what your halloumi fries, they also contain DAIRY!!
I'll help you out with your allergies. The ingredients listed in BOLD or CAPITALS or a DiFFERENT font are the 14 allergens that must be highlighted in ingredients. Any MILK listed be it dried, condensed, evaporated, butter, cheese, lactose anything deriving from cows you know mooooooo Beefy MILK or not is still DAIRY. If its from any other animal it will usually state goats milk or sheeps milk.
