As someone with a real dairy intolerance I can say the only dairy I can stomach is some chocolate, not alot, and only certain ones. No drinking milk or using it to cook, no cream, no cheese (and no cream cheeseMakes a s loads of cold carbonara and uses cream but she can’t have it because it’s dairy but then gets her chops around spring onion with cream cheese also dairy they are both the same Steph they are both DAIRY FROM A COW you clown
) no real butter. They would cripple me for a good few hours in the bathroom 🫣 with the amount of s she's full of she'd be stuck in there for weeks if she had one and ate as she does

Exactly your body doesn't differentiate between what dairy you can and can't have. Every intolerance can be different some people may be able to eat small amounts of dairy before it triggers their intolerance symptoms. Just catching up after busy couple days and notice on one of her latest videos that some poor lady has said she hates Xmas because she lost her child. she’s so stupid I don’t think she realises she’s being trolledThat really saddens me, my mum has befriended a wee old dear at a local eat,heat and meet group. She has no family at all, sadly lost her husband and then her son sobhas been on her own for a good few years now. Understandably she never celebrates Christmas. She met my daughter and niece, knitted them some sparkly baubles and Christmas trees so I had them make her a wee thank you/Christmas card. She went out and got them wee Chocolate Santa gifts in return. She absolutely adored meeting the girls as they showed off their dancing skills and just really filled her with joy. She's now joining another family on Christmas Day for dinner but if she hadn't my mum was gonna have her round hers. This is the kind of thing that Christmas is about, not handing out vouchers and boxes of tat for validation and praise from strangers.
