Exactly your body doesn't differentiate between what dairy you can and can't have. Every intolerance can be different some people may be able to eat small amounts of dairy before it triggers their intolerance symptoms. But her body won't go oh no you've ate cream that's so bad, oh no false alarm it's only cream cheese false alarm she's an absolute goat!As someone with a real dairy intolerance I can say the only dairy I can stomach is some chocolate, not alot, and only certain ones. No drinking milk or using it to cook, no cream, no cheese (and no cream cheese ) no real butter. They would cripple me for a good few hours in the bathroom 🫣 with the amount of s she's full of she'd be stuck in there for weeks if she had one and ate as she does
I really feel for people with real dairy intolerance like yourself though. Understand how severe it can be for some people
