She's a piss take. Iv had to be dairy and gluten free for over 10 yr, my youngest has been since he was 2. Sucks to be usExactly your body doesn't differentiate between what dairy you can and can't have. Every intolerance can be different some people may be able to eat small amounts of dairy before it triggers their intolerance symptoms. But her body won't go oh no you've ate cream that's so bad, oh no false alarm it's only cream cheese false alarm
I really feel for people with real dairy intolerance like yourself though. Understand how severe it can be for some people
