I’m exhausted today, had 2 really bad nights sleep where I’ve had 6 hrs sleep in 48 🫤 I’m now showered, hair & make up done & about to leave the house cos I’ve got loads on this week & got no time to be tired. I’m heading for Starbucks this morning to get a cappuccino with an extra shot cos it’s needed.
Just have to suck it up and deal with it cos that’s mum perimenopause insomniac life
