She is in desperate need of help but literally ignores the mental health team phone calls and declining the friends she does have, trying to support her. Sadly, she has to want the help.

I couldn't care less. She gets offered more help than the average Jo and instead of engaging in it she accuses services of molesting her. Cant help people who don't want it.
