I never wake up feeling empty ! I go outside, I have a lovely little family. I walk my dogs for miles everyday in the countryside. I’m lovely to my mother, she gave me life !

She went through a phase of claiming mental health wasn't real, that she never experienced it and being depressed was circumstantial and not mental disorder. This was all over a year ago, since then she's forgotten her beliefs and now she's depressed.....
