I have a fam member that’s a SW and a friend that’s a police officer - and both angles sound fed. In SW everyone is quitting they struggle to maintain long term staff as they’re so overloaded with cases they can’t give any meaningful time to the individual child… which makes them feel like a number - because essentially they are. It’s a vicious cycle that can only be changed with money

By the time I was 8 I had 13 SW's. They don't have enough staff and they are only allowed so many cases.
I've never had social services involved with my children, apart from a malicious call which resulted in a letter saying no further action. I see many woman on TT saying because they was in care they are getting targeted
