R to @Jan__G: And chicken feet. V good friend and I both not v well, so been doing lots of slow restorative comforting dishes lately. Avgolemono, Jewish chicken soup and dumplings, ribollita, liquid gold, hot and sour soup, and now a monster of a bone broth with loads of added veggies…

I didn’t think we would see another Spring here (was meant to be moved by Christmas!) but I’m savouring the journey rather than being frustrated about it. And that’s far easier to do now that this majestic beauty has shown herself for the season… 🥰
