Just catching up on yesterdays deleted stories. She says she has to go to mediation first. However, if - as she’s stated so many times, james was domestically abusive, mediation would be bypassed. I know it’s been speculated many times that he wasn’t abusive and it was more of her lies, as he has the children etc, but this basically confirms to me there was no DA as if there were they’d be no mediation.
