Because they didn’t like what the tattlers were tattling about in the messages, I was asked to join wassap groups by tattlers ( I didn’t as didn’t want to ) perhaps that’s why.

Tattle got popular by spamming the PMs of users on Guru Gossip (a site that was a precursor to tattle) when GG went to s (much like tattle has now). My guess is they want to stop the same thing happening to them and have a monopoly on the gossip scene. It’s also probably a pretty decent money maker, if everyone left or started turning against the mods the cash cow would dry up! also I think they are too narcissistic to deal with the criticism people no doubt shared about the site/mods in PMs.
I don't buy that for a second, Tattlers wouldn't try to set up WhatsApp groups and give away their numbers. Not a chance.

Never heard of guru gossip. I joined because people were silenced on digital spy and people said they moved to tattle. Tattle got a loads of publicity from newspapers, never heard of other sites getting this.

I signed up and made one post to quote yel just to say she was one of the worst humans to have ever existed and she will be traced eventually and be held account

Tried to report something on tattle I don’t normally report but this was the worst kind of thing you can imagine and I was blocked. They are corrupt as do honestly those mods are fing awful
