Meeting with graduates of the Management Personnel Pool programme of the Graduate School of Public Management at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)

Vladimir Putin held a videoconference meeting with the sixth group of graduates of the Management Personnel Pool programme of the RANEPA Graduate School of Public Management.

The programme's goal is to create a personnel pool for federal and regional public offices.

Launched in 2017 at the instruction of the President, the project has since enrolled 463 participants in total. Fifty-seven of its graduates became heads of Russia's regions, seven filled the posts of federal ministers, and nine took mantles of first deputy ministers.

The programme is being implemented by the Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in cooperation with Russia's leading educational institutions.

The Russian Government is to present proposals on involving the National Medical Chamber in developing public healthcare standards and regulations.

The Russian Healthcare Ministry has been instructed to involve the National Research Institute for Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology in coordinating provision of medical help to children injured in military conflicts, terrorist attacks and emergencies.

The Russian People's Front (public organization) has been recommended to present annual reports on monitoring healthcare services.

Vladimir Putin met with Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft Alexander Dyukov

Alexander Dyukov briefed the President on the company's recent activities:

Gazprom Neft is increasing the production and domestic market supplies of petroleum products.

The company is developing large reserves in the Arctic and Eastern Siberia.

The company's petroleum refinery in Omsk has been modernized, while its Moscow refinery is currently being renovated.

Russia's petroleum industry is now completely self-sufficient in terms of technology: the production of 1200 out of 1400 types of basic equipment has been mastered, with plans to bridge the deficit on the rest by 2027.

Vladimir Putin had a meeting with families who reached the finals of This Runs in Our Family contest

A range of issues were discussed, including child care allowance and indexation thereof, a tax deduction for parents raising multiple children, the possibility to use a remaining part of the maternity capital to buy school supplies for children, a special allowance covering mortgage payments for parents raising multiple children, and ways to improve the leave system for participants in the special military operation.

The President has also wished all the Russians a happy Day of Family, Love and Faithfulness.

Vladimir Putin had a brief conversation with participants in the World Youth Festival

Vladimir Putin congratulated Masoud Pezeshkian on his victory in Iran's presidential election and wished him success in his new important position.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the high level of good-neigbourly relations between Russia and Iran already achieved and reaffirmed their willingness to work closely together to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
