I think at this point, it canβt be disputed that Angie has MH issues, and none of us are qualified to say what. She lives in filth, doesnβt manage her hygiene, is obsessed with TikTok, views, being right, being controversial. 999 etc might end up putting a trigger plan in place, to manage her calls etc going forward. Depending on what a caller says, they donβt have time to search history, they categorise and dispatch. It could get to the point a plan gets put in place to stop responding at this rate.
