I had a little look at his 'business' to me it sounds like a scam only he gains. It's all to do with mould in council/housing association properties. So he's the middle man between the tenants and a solicitor. I'm not very hive minded but to me it screams scam.

It's an easy win thing. Don't get repairs in time, he takes council to court, council lose, pay his 'fees' and then prioritise the repairs. Basically, he's a letter writer for people who don't know how to advocate for themselves.

I lost my dog earlier this year, she was only 9. She had surgery for bladder stones, then got an infection in the stitches as she was allergic to them.Next minute she was gone. I hope the man suffers something painful soon!
