We’ve got this from the vet last few years, it helps loads. Our Loki jumps in the bath to hide, we’ve tried music, thunder jackets, holding him. This stuff is like weed for dogs.

there is menopausal shampoo, I got some from Boots (mine isn't the menopause though) but I've tried lots of different shampoos. I'm surprised I'm not bold! But you can lose 80-100 hairs a day (naturally) do you have wispy bits? As that means you have new hair coming through
