I obviously don't want to make assumptions she is neglecting her children but when children have autism and need more support and she is sat drinking on a live.... how as viewers are we to know the alcohol is locked away out of reach? How do we know she is capable of providing a cooked meal without setting a fire while under the consumption of alcohol. Unfortunately its legal to drink in your home with children while under the licensing Act 2001 it is illegal in public. I think a welfare check is needed incase.
