I disagree, I once gifted heavily on the app. (Thousands) not all gifters are addicted to gifting, not all gifters are vulnerable. Although many are.
Addicted? No. Stupid? Yes.
There's so many reasons why people choose to gift and labelling ALL gifters as being addicted to gifting is a little ignorant tbh.

I'm tired of gifters being given a hard time because of how they chose to spend their own money. If they're not being manipulated/forced into gifting and they're not vulnerable or gifting beyond their means then I personally don't see a problem with it. Could their money go to a better cause? I don't actually know. I presume if the name remains they blocked, but if the name is gone they're banned, but I don't know because I truly do not communicate.
Account not found normally means they've blocked you. If an account has been banned it normally still allows you to click in their account and it will still have their followers/following until its removed.
Whoever has blocked you is missing out, it's their loss, Poppins.
