He decided about 6 months ago to join the AMC and he has said its been life changing for him. And I can vouch and say that it is like night and day with my friend now. Please, please consider it. You have nothing to lose by going!
You can also contact your GP who can refer you for specialist counselling and will have a whole host of options available to you.
Another few wee things which may be helpful when tackling the daily struggle, get outside, get fresh air. Go for a walk. Have a long relaxing shower. Embrace your emotions. It's okay not to be okay!
