I was wondering how it works because his argument is that he was taking the knife back to his own house. Which could be true (we know it’s not). How could it be proven one way or the other? Although he has said he is gonna plead guilty for a lighter sentence.There’s no way they are not sending him down. It’s at least the third time he’s committed the same offence
