I don’t think PIP is taken into account when it comes to the benefit cap. I could be wrong though.
My.imperfect.perfect.family is run by a woman who absolutely knows how to work the system to her benefit.
Taking her sons additional needs out of the equation, if her fibro flares were as bad and frequent as she says they are there is no way they would be at the cinema every 5 minutes. She also wouldn’t be able to sit up and do those god awful diamond art pictures for hours.
I hope she declares her tarot card reading sessions to the DWP/HMRC.
