One of her followers asked her if the given her antibiotics and she replied no they didn’t give antibiotics and she was asking for help, they didn’t give you antibiotics Sabrina cause it’s not septic!! And you say it’s yellow green that’s more than likely bruising!! You got the notion of septic in your head and ran for it and god forbid if anybody even docs disagrees with you, they all get the blame they are wrong and you are right

My theory is that she's pretending , I bet she was just at an appointment for her knee and she shoved that plaster on when the doctor was out of earshot hence the reason she was whispering in that video . I reckon also the photo with staples is of a past experience or a photo she stole of a SH website or Facebook page . Just my theory 
Normally at this time of year she would be high as a kite getting ready for Jamie's ""birthday party"" and being the centre of attention
That last party she had for ""Logan"" was tragic, half a dozen people who looked like they would rather be anywhere else, so she realises no one is really interested anymore and there is no one left to attend, she has alienated everyone save a couple of relatives and they arent pandering to her ridiculous notions now either. It's all slipping away, only her & her mother recognise/remember Jamie at his birthday etc Her small world is getting even smaller

I suppose we will get the blame for ruining Jamie’s birthday. We got the blame for no more parties. And sure we knew this time was bad for her being only a week til his birthday. We planned to “torture” her this time on purpose. Someone needs to educate her on what torture really is so she stops throwing that word around like nothing.
