Yip she can be held accountable for that, as she’s a minor it would be a police report to the children’s reporter and would be dealt with from there because of her age, Social work would be informed also, that’s how it would be dealt with down here not sure about up in Aberdeen. They will most likely have one for a few schools dependant on staffing, our one is based in our school but covers 3 schools in the area. If it is reported via police or the school, school have a duty to contact the police wether its campus or police directly.
