It irks me that she gets gifted stuff like this when others can't get away for financial reasons and didn't have multiple holidays last year either.

I don’t think gifted and ad are the same thing. Gifted is when they’re given a product or service in exchange for being promoted on social media. The compensation is the product and/or service.
Ad would be when the company gives her £2,000 payment to do a video promoting a product or service.
But it is misleading for her to tag it “not an ad” instead of “gifted”.
