I was the same, your not alone in that 🫶
I felt embarrassed and ashamed so I would write it then say oh but I can do this or that, I mean who wants to write I don’t remember the last time I washed or brushed my hair.? It’s so poor the way it’s all done, I wish all the needed was a professional to give them the ok to move forward

It’s degrading having to fill it in. Friends going through the same got theirs accepted but I had too much pride to say I needed help getting washed, and my meals were made for me.
I still always worked so almost felt like I was being dishonest by my disability needs but you can’t fake what I went through. Well… some absolute wrong’uns do!!!!!!
If you knew me or seen me you’d not think I’d have gone through what I have, especially someone so in to fitness and health.
Takes a lot to admit you’re struggling when you are someone who everyone usually depends on.
I hope you have all the help you need now, and continue to get if you ever get reassessed!

Thank you… you probably wrote that not even knowing the impact it was going to have, the validation because that’s me, if you saw me out you would think god she’s so bubbly and all put together, she’s the loudest in the room, she’s the one everyone laughs with and the one everyone loves to meet up with, but really it’s a big fake act, I’m the same as you, thank you for being so open, it made me feel less alone 🥹
