I think in the U.S the legislation is that you can't produce explicit material if it features a minor (obviously) but this also relats to the animation of a minor. So if someone made like i dunno, pixar porn? and the character was animated to look young, then it still counts as cp. So Holly is showing documents relating to crimes. Here is what has been shown.
So it was said that the indecent photograph of a child related to a cartoon/hentai image that was sent to Holly from someone else. I don’t understand how this would work, because a cartoon can’t be age checked, and I feel like Holly is saying this as a get out. Is this true that these type of images can be classified like this in relation to age? I really don’t want to Google anything about it to check for myself, but it doesn’t add up.
Holly is basically claiming they’ve never done anything wrong other than drugs and driving offences, yet they’re on the SO register still.
Also is there any reason to even believe that document is real?
