I have a fam member that’s a SW and a friend that’s a police officer - and both angles sound fed. In SW everyone is quitting they struggle to maintain long term staff as they’re so overloaded with cases they can’t give any meaningful time to the individual child… which makes them feel like a number - because essentially they are. It’s a vicious cycle that can only be changed with money
