Every night I take 100g tramadol, 120g amitriptyline, pregabiln, stemtil & diazipam & I'm not even like that, I get drowsy & slurry but not like she is, could it be a mixture of meds, methadone & other s all mixed together?

it would have all been documented but nothing will have been passed on to ss or housing. You can only safeguard an adult social concern with their consent which I can't imagine she would agree too. Documents will have been left to discharge at scene if they didn't take her in x
