R to @cheryleehouston: I was once at an open day and my son and I saw a standing woman ask if she could just “pop” her coat over another woman’s lap in her wheelchair, because there were no hooks to hang it. It was breathtaking. Wtaf.

RT by @salihughes: fing hell, Robbie Coltrane. What a force of glorious nature, hilarious and fearless. The Comic Strip Presents, Tutti Frutti, Cracker & an astonishing performance of guilt & guile in National Treasure. I'll watch Strike tonight & raise my glass in honour. Vale. Vale. Vale.

R to @rhodri: My mother was always M. None of us called her “Mum”, ever. Not once.

RT by @salihughes: I hope it’s OK to spout memories: I used to ride with Robbie Coltrane between Manchester and London in his sort-of-restored MGA. I’d roll him cigarettes while he discoursed on the ways of the world, and I don’t think I’ve ever laughed or learned so much in my life.

RT by @salihughes: The truth is you only book Miriam Margolyes to be live on air if you are either hoping she says something outrageous, or are a new producer who has never seen her on anything before. 😂😂

RT by @salihughes: Really saddened by the passing of Robbie Coltrane. I was lucky enough to meet him last year and have a nice little story about our encounter… 1/4

RT by @salihughes: Just became aware of this book, which is supposed to be published on December 8th. You can already hear the pulping machines grinding into action.

R to @rhodri: God. I massively feel for the writers, regardless of the subject. All that graft. Gutting.

R to @DanKelly72: It’s really bloody hard to write a book. So many hours away from your family. Would I fancy writing about her? Definitely not. But she’s the prime minister. Someone has to.
