well done to the one keeping track of this... absolutely crazy how many takeaways this woman gets when u see it like this! I work full time, manage my bills very well and I still couldn't afford half of that amount on takeaways on top of my food shops! Insane xx

I’m a strict eater, very clean with the odd bit of chocolate when I’m on blob to stop me from mass murdering.
Every fortnight we have a ‘cheat night’ on a Saturday. Mostly home cooked meal but with all the trimmings as opposed to restrict macros rest of the time. Sometimes we fancy a chippy or dominos etc. Good at the time but we always feel absolutely rotten the next day. I literally feel great getting back to strict eating and clean ingredients. You can feel what the food does to your body. Her body must work overtime to process that food. Because she’s not active what it can’t process it will store. She should maybe try feeling hunger for an hour or two.
No wonder she’s out of breath at a wee hill. Aimee you claim to be sad at the thought of not being around for H with the supposed C scare (bollocks) but you’re so unfit you can’t even run around and play with her. You’re risking your body with the se you feed it, and risking your health for vanity with a tan.
I wish I could explain how disrespectful I find your use of sun beds and my reasons why.
