На форумі «Сковорода-300» поспілкувався зі студентами трьох університетів. Із великою повагою ставлюся до викладачів. Знаю, що це складна робота, адже сам народився в сім’ї викладача. Але і розумію, як непросто студентам, бо сам був студентом.

У цей важкий час наші студенти й викладачі проявляють таку саму стійкість, що і Григорій Сковорода у своїй філософській і викладацькій діяльності. Дякую вам за це!

At the Skovoroda 300 forum, I talked with students of three universities. I have great respect for teachers. I know that this is a difficult job, because I myself was born into a teacher's family. But I also understand how difficult it is for students, because I was a student myself.

In this hard time, our students and teachers show the same resilience that Hryhoriy Skovoroda had in his knowledge and teaching activities. Thank you for this!

Нагороди для тих, хто уособлює українську незламність: наших офіцерів, сержантів, солдатів і матросів, яких я щасливий бачити вільними.

1331 українця вже вдалося звільнити з російського полону за час від 24 лютого цього року. Але маємо повернути всіх – усіх, хто був захоплений окупантами.

Дякую тим, хто працює 24/7 заради звільнення українців із полону!

Awards for those who represent Ukrainian resilience. Our officers, sergeants, soldiers and sailors, whom I am happy to see – free.

A total of 1,331 Ukrainians have already been released from Russian captivity since February 24 of this year. But we have to return everyone – everyone who was captured by the occupiers.

Відвідали сьогодні відкриття виставки «Світ Сковороди» до 300-річчя від дня народження видатного українського мислителя й письменника Григорія Сковороди. Філософа та поета, який учив людей, що таке справжнє ставлення до життя і як людині пізнати себе.

Ця виставка – приклад того, що навіть попри складнощі ми продовжуємо дбати про українське. Бо наша перемога здобувається саме силою нашої єдності: нашого вміння працювати разом заради українських інтересів і здатності підтримати одне одного.

Провів чергове засідання Ставки. Командувачі доповіли про ситуацію на конкретних напрямках – на найважливіших напрямках.

На Донеччині – Бахмут, Соледар – зараз, як і раніше, найбільш гаряче, найбільш болісно. Робимо все, щоб допомогти нашим хлопцям на цьому напрямку. Кожен, хто там, заслуговує на найвищу вдячність!

Луганщина і Харківщина – зміцнюємо наші сили. Південь – продовжуємо «мінусувати» можливості окупантів. Кордон – укріплюємо весь периметр. Чорноморська акваторія – працюємо, щоб у підсумку «Калібри» могли бути хіба що на дні.

Також провів сьогодні нараду з очільниками нашого зовнішньополітичного блоку. Підсумували тиждень – і готуємо нові заходи на грудень та січень. Дуже потужні заходи. Позиція України звучатиме, інтереси України будемо реалізовувати попри все.

Слава всім, хто воює за Україну! Слава всім, хто працює заради нашої держави!
Вічна пам’ять і шана всім, хто віддав життя за незалежність!

I held a meeting of the Staff. The commanders reported on the situation in the most important directions.

In Donetsk region – Bakhmut, Soledar – now, as before, it's the hottest, most painful. We do everything to help our boys there. Everyone there deserves the highest gratitude!

Luhansk region, Kharkiv region – we're strengthening our forces. South – we continue erasing the capabilities of the occupiers. Border – we're strengthening the entire perimeter. Black Sea water area – we're working so that in the end Kalibr missiles could be at least at the bottom of the sea.

Today I also held a meeting with the leaders of our foreign policy bloc. We summed up the week – and we're preparing new events for December, January. Very powerful steps. Ukraine's position will be heard, Ukraine's interests will be realized in spite of everything.

Glory to all who fight for Ukraine! Glory to all who work for our country! Eternal memory and respect to all those who gave their lives for independence!

Минає четвертий день цієї зими. Зими, яка буде дуже складною – це однозначно. Але все ж варто сприймати цю зиму не як випробування, а як час, що наближає нас до перемоги. Кожен із цих 90 зимових днів.

Ворог дуже сподівається використати зиму проти нас: зробити зимовий холод і труднощі частиною свого терору. Ми ж маємо зробити все, щоб вистояти цю зиму, як би це не було важко.

Вистояти цієї зими – це відстояти все. Уся Україна має стати одним великим пунктом незламності та працювати щодня й щоночі. Держава, бізнес, люди – усі ми, усі українці – усі разом.

Цьогоріч увесь світ побачив неймовірну силу волонтерів, їхній величезний внесок у наближення нашої перемоги. Як можна за лічені години зібрати на безпілотники, швидкі, оптику, на тепловізори. Як дістати все, купити все, привезти все. А потім дістати, купити й привезти знову, бо це було не все.

Україна цінує зусилля кожного з вас. Дякуємо за ваші добрі серця і невтомну працю!

How they can raise funds for drones, ambulance vehicles, optics, thermal imagers in a matter of hours. How to get everything. Buy everything. Bring everything. And then get, buy and bring again, because that wasn't everything.

Сьогоднішньою ракетною атакою Росія відзначила чергову річницю підписання Будапештського меморандуму. Документа, чия доля дає відповіді на багато і нинішніх запитань про Росію.

Щось просто підписати з цими терористами – миру не буде. Щось просто погодити з ними – точно порушать. Віддати Росії хоча б щось із елементів безпеки інших – означає нову війну.
Тому й потрібне принципове продовження наявної політики сумлінних держав світу: тільки демонтаж російських терористичних можливостей, тільки звільнення всієї нашої землі й тільки притягнення вбивць до відповідальності – може дати мир.

Вірю, прийдемо до цього.

With today’s missile attack Russia marked the anniversary of the Budapest Memorandum. The fate of this document gives answers to many current questions about Russia.

Simply signing something with these terrorists will not bring peace. They will certainly break any agreements reached with them. Giving up any element of someone else’s security to Russia means new war.

Therefore a principled continuation of the existing policy of conscientious states of the world is necessary: it is only the dismantling of Russian terrorist capacities, liberation of all our territories and holding the murderers to account that will bring peace.

I believe we will come to this.

Important negotiations with Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazović. Today, we signed the Joint Declaration, which defines the priority areas of cooperation between Ukraine and Montenegro within the strategic course of our country to acquire full membership in NATO.

I am grateful to Montenegro for the strong political support and important practical help to Ukraine!
