Recently, I signed new decrees awarding our defenders, our heroes. Almost 450 more soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ground Forces, paratroopers, Air Force, territorial defense, and over 300 more – from the National Guard, our police, State Emergency Service, and our border guards.

In total, during the full-scale war, 45,038 Ukrainian men and women were awarded state awards. And it is evidence of the extraordinary daily heroism of our people. All those who fight for the sake of Ukraine, all those who work for our victory.

Glory to all who are in battle for our country, at combat posts! Glory to all who train our soldiers! Glory to everyone who treats and rehabilitates after injuries, who rebuilds life after Russian shelling and occupation. Who returns our people from Russian captivity. I thank everyone in the world who helps us! It is important now. We highly appreciate it.

Together, we are bringing the verdict for the evil state closer. We are nearing our victory.

Під час розмови з Президентом Франції Еммануелем Макроном подякував за всебічну та дієву підтримку України з боку Франції.

Обговорили взаємодію в роботі з іншими міжнародними партнерами щодо консолідації їх підтримки української формули миру. Скоординували позиції напередодні важливих міжнародних заходів та узгодили наступні конкретні кроки у межах двостороннього діалогу.

Детально поінформував про ситуацію на фронті та перспективи її розвитку у травні-червні. Окремо акцентував на першочергових потребах українських сил оборони.

Швидкість і конкретність реагування – це дуже важливо, це те, що значно посилює наші можливості. Цінуємо підтвердження Францією надання нашим Збройним Силам потужного бронетанкового пакету.

During a conversation with President of France Emmanuel Macron, I thanked for France's comprehensive and effective support for Ukraine.

We discussed cooperation in working with other international partners to consolidate their support for the Ukrainian Peace Formula. We coordinated our positions on the eve of important international events and agreed on the next concrete steps within the bilateral dialogue.

I informed him in detail of the situation on the frontline and prospects for its development in May and June. I also placed emphasis on the priority needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The speed and specificity of the response is very important, it is something that significantly enhances our capabilities. We appreciate France's confirmation of providing our Armed Forces with a powerful armored package.

Дуже важливо – щоб Росія отримувала постійно сильніші сигнали, що світ не пробачить жодного із проявів російського терору. І щоб якнайбільше глобальних гравців були абсолютно принциповими у дотриманні режиму санкцій проти Росії за терор.

Я дякую кожному і кожній у світі, хто допомагає посилювати ізоляцію терористів і зупиняти будь-яке постачання терористам зброї, її компонентів, хто працює для блокування ВПК Росії і для посилення оборонних можливостей всієї Європи.

За підсумками цього тижня хочу особливо подякувати нашим партнерам із Данії – за «Цезарі»; зі Словенії – за бронетехніку; з Іспанії – за танки; з Німеччини – за додаткові оборонні наміри щодо бронетехніки і снарядів, за ППО.
Дякую Америці за фінансування обсягом 1 млрд 250 млн доларів для підтримки нашого бюджету та стійкості.
Дякую Нідерландам за рішення парламенту щодо тренування українських воїнів на передових західних системах. Дякую Італії за активність заради скорішої відбудови нашої держави. Дякую Хорватії за нову допомогу у лікуванні наших захисників після поранень у боях.

Обов’язково у максимальній єдності, зберігаючи максимальну принциповість для захисту наших спільних цінностей та максимально швидко виконуючи оборонні домовленості – всі разом в Україні, в Європі, у світі, – зможемо не дати Росії затягнути війну і відновимо нормальний справедливий мир.

It is very important that Russia receives ever stronger signals that the world will not forgive any of Russia's acts of terror. And that as many global players as possible are absolutely principled in upholding the sanctions regime against Russia for terror.

I thank each and every person in the world who helps strengthen the isolation of terrorists and stop any supply of weapons and their components to terrorists, who works to block the Russian military-industrial complex and to strengthen the defense capabilities of the whole of Europe.

Following this week, I would like to especially thank our partners from Denmark for Caesars; Slovenia for armored vehicles; Spain for tanks; and Germany for additional defense intentions regarding armored vehicles and shells, and for air defense.

I am grateful to America for funding in the amount of USD 1 billion 250 million to support our budget and resilience. I am grateful to the Netherlands for the parliamentary decision to train Ukrainian soldiers on advanced Western systems. I am grateful to Italy for its efforts to rebuild our country as soon as possible. I am grateful to Croatia for its new assistance in the treatment of our defenders after being wounded in combat.

Remaining as united as possible, maintaining the greatest principled stance to protect our common values and implementing defense agreements as fast as possible, all together in Ukraine, in Europe, in the world, we will be able to prevent Russia from protracting the war and restore a normal, just peace.

Цей понеділок і новий тиждень почав із годинної наради з усіма рівнями управління державою та захистом. Глава Уряду та міністри, Офіс. Доповідали головком, керівники ГУР і Служби зовнішньої розвідки, голова СБУ, секретар РНБО.

Перше питання – наслідки російських ударів, зокрема ракетних. Лише за минулу ніч, від опівночі до сьомої ранку, вдалося збити 15 російських ракет. Але, на жаль, не всі. Поки не всі. Максимально активно працюємо з партнерами, щоб захист нашого неба став іще надійнішим.

Обговорили на вранішній нараді ймовірну поведінку ворога найближчим часом, скоординували наші оборонні кроки. Окремо – питання зброї та снарядів для наших воїнів. Також ситуація на поки що окупованій території та протидія Росії. Жодного шансу окупанту на нашій землі! Ворогу – лише знищення.

I started this Monday and the new week with an hour-long meeting with all levels of government and defense. The head of government, ministers, the Office. The Commander-in-Chief, the heads of the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Foreign Intelligence Service, the head of the Security Service, and the NSDC Secretary delivered reports.

The first issue is the consequences of Russian strikes, including missile attacks. Last night alone, from midnight to seven in the morning, we managed to shoot down 15 Russian missiles. But, unfortunately, not all of them. Not all of them yet. We are working with our partners as actively as possible to make the protection of our skies even more reliable.

At the morning meeting, we discussed the enemy's likely actions in the near future and coordinated our defensive steps. Separately we discussed the issue of weapons and ammunition for our warriors. Also, the situation on the still occupied territory and counteraction to Russia. No chance for the occupier on our land! Only destruction for the enemy.

Наша держава вже довела, що вміє перемагати. Ми довели, що можемо звільнити нашу землю від окупанта. Провів зустріч із Головою Парламенту Португалії Аугушту Сантушем Сілвою.

Обговорили взаємодію на шляху інтеграції України в Європейський Союз та НАТО, першочергові потреби українських захисників. Початок переговорів про вступ до ЄС до кінця цього року стане потужним стимулом для українського суспільства та українських захисників, які вже понад 14 місяців стримують агресора. Сподіваємося, що Уряд і Парламент Португалії зможуть ухвалити необхідні рішення для посилення спроможностей українських захисників на передовій.

Дякую Парламенту й Уряду Португалії за підтримку України з початку повномасштабного вторгнення, а також суспільству Португалії, яке завдяки діям Уряду й Парламенту було об’єднане в підтримці нашої країни та людей. Це дуже важливий сигнал віри в Україну.

Короткий звіт про сьогоднішній день.

Перше – військовий кабінет. Це особлива робота з ключовими командувачами й тими, хто забезпечує оборону.

Друге – санкції. Провів нараду щодо посилення санкційних режимів – як наших, українських, так і спільних із партнерами. Готуємо великий санкційний пакет – рішення вже незабаром.

Третє – міжнародні заходи. Цей травень і наступні місяці будуть доволі активними для України в міжнародній площині. Буде багато переговорної роботи, міжнародні заходи, які посилять нашу оборону. Все опрацьовуємо.

Четверте – провів нараду з главою Уряду Шмигалем. Координація, підготовка рішень. Готуємо концептуальні безпекові рішення – для розвитку України, нашої інфраструктури як зараз, так і після війни.

Під час зустрічі із Петтері Орпо подякував за підтримку нашої країни в ці важкі часи боротьби з агресією Росії. Дякую фінському народу за таку велику, потужну підтримку наших людей і, звичайно, наших військових на полі бою. Адже для нас сьогодні головним завданням є деокупувати всі наші території.

Із Йонасом Гаром Стере основну увагу під час переговорів приділили ситуації на фронті й оборонній підтримці, яку Україна отримує від Норвегії. Дякую народу, уряду та Парламенту Норвегії за підтримку наших людей і наших військових, усього українського суспільства.

During the meeting with Petteri Orpo, I thanked for supporting our country in these difficult times of fighting against Russian aggression. I am grateful to the Finnish people for such a great and powerful support for our people and, of course, our military on the battlefield. After all, our key task today is to de-occupy all our territories.

With Jonas Gahr Støre, we focused on the situation on the frontline and the defense support Ukraine receives from Norway. I thank the people, the government and the parliament of Norway for supporting our people and our military, the entire Ukrainian society.
