Під час координаційної наради на Житомирщині обговорили багато важливих питань. Соціально-економічна ситуація в регіоні, заходи щодо зміцнення державного кордону, облаштування фортифікаційних та оборонних інженерних споруд.

Заслухав інформацію про стан готовності підрозділів Територіальної оборони, підготовку, перепідготовку та підвищення кваліфікації особового складу для військових частин та підрозділів Десантно-штурмових військ. А також забезпечення життєдіяльності Житомира та оборонні заходи в умовах воєнного стану.

Повернувся в Київ із відрядження у Житомир – фактично, весь день працювали там.

Спочатку – візит пані Прем’єр-міністра Естонії Каї Каллас. Переговори, підписання спільної декларації. Я вдячний пані Премʼєр-міністру та всьому народу Естонії за чітку й незмінну підтримку нашого руху в Європейський Союз, в НАТО – відповідні пункти щодо Альянсу є у декларації.

Було дуже приємно побувати в Житомирській політехніці – поспілкуватись зі студентами університету. Дякую кожному і кожній, хто був на зустрічі в політехніці, хто ставив питання і хто щиро реагував на відповіді. Хороше, енергійне спілкування.

Провів у Житомирі й спеціальну координаційну нараду – з усіма, хто відповідає за область. Окрему увагу приділили кордону. Була доповідь керівника Житомирської обласної військової адміністрації та голови Держприкордонслужби. Захист, облаштування кордону, ситуація в цілому. Дякую всім, хто забезпечує нам цю міцність – нашого державного кордону.

Слава всім нашим воїнам, хто зараз у бою, на бойових постах, у бойових завданнях!
Дякую всім, хто допомагає Україні захищатись від російського зла!

I came back to Kyiv from a working trip to Zhytomyr, we actually worked there all day.

First, there was the visit of Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas. Negotiations and signing of the Joint Declaration. I am grateful to Mrs. Prime Minister and the entire Estonian people for their clear and unwavering support of our movement to the European Union and NATO – the relevant points on the Alliance are included in the declaration.

It was a great pleasure to visit Zhytomyr Polytechnic and talk to the university students. I thank each and every one who attended the meeting at the Polytechnic, who asked questions and who responded sincerely to the answers. It was a nice, energetic communication.

I also held a special coordination meeting in Zhytomyr with all those responsible for the region. Special attention was paid to the border. There was a report by the Head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration and the Head of the State Border Guard Service. We talked about the protection, arrangement of the border, and the situation in general. I am grateful to everyone who ensures the strength of our state border.

Glory to all our warriors who are now in combat, at combat posts, on combat missions!
Thank you to everyone who helps Ukraine defend itself against Russian evil!

Купʼянськ, центр міста, краєзнавчий музей. Країна-терорист робить усе, щоб знищити нас повністю: нашу історію, нашу культуру, наших людей, абсолютно варварськими методами вбиваючи українців. Не маємо права про це забувати ні на секунду. Маємо й будемо відповідати!

Наразі відомо про загиблу працівницю музею та десятьох поранених. Під завалами ще є люди. Ліквідація наслідків обстрілу триває. Залучені всі необхідні служби.

Вічна памʼять загиблій і співчуття рідним. А відповідальність усіх винних у цих воєнних злочинах точно буде, і буде безжальною.

Провів засідання Ставки Верховного Головнокомандувача.

Актуалізували інформацію щодо ситуації на полі бою, зокрема на найскладніших напрямках. Командувачі оперативно-стратегічних угруповань військ «Хортиця», «Таврія», «Одеса», «Північ» доповіли про перебіг бойових дій на ділянках фронту в межах їхньої відповідальності. Кожен із напрямків оборони України є важливим. Не маємо права, щоб Україна мала слабкі місця.

Підбили підсумки та розглянули результати чергової зустрічі у форматі «Рамштайн». Україна та її сили оборони безупинно стають сильнішими. Але маємо прискорювати темпи постачання зброї, адже кожен день затримки – це життя наших бійців.

Також обговорили перебіг комплектування особовим складом і технікою новостворених бригад. Бійці мають бути забезпечені всім необхідним задля найякіснішого виконання завдань командування з наближення нашої перемоги.

Цей рік – рік початку нашого економічного зростання. Ми крок за кроком відбудовуємо інфраструктуру, але важливо вже зараз починати думати і над відновленням економіки нашої країни.

Під час наради докладно розглянули шляхи для забезпечення темпів росту економіки та ВВП, розвиток різних галузей економіки, пріоритетні стратегічні сектори та інвестиційні політики. Україна обов'язково буде міцною, вільною, економічно успішною державою.

Ніхто і ніде не може почуватися безпечно, поки агресор не розбитий. Це те, що кожен день в Україні доводить – усе те, що російські війська та спецслужби окупанта роблять на нашій землі проти наших людей. І це те, що вони мріють принести на землі інших народів… Увесь світ це знає.

Так само світ знає: Росію можна зупинити. Це спільний інтерес. Зупинити силою наших воїнів – на передовій. Нашою зброєю – як українською, так і тією, яку ми отримуємо від партнерів. Силою права, тобто санкціями, які потребують постійного посилення, а також – нашою спільною роботою заради справедливості. Кожен прояв російського терору, кожен день агресії – це додаткові аргументи, що все це має завершитись у трибуналі – у новому Нюрнберзі щодо рашизму… Щодо тих, хто знищує життя і людей, у кого ракети – проти музеїв, а керовані авіабомби – проти церков.

Росія має програти. Іншої мети у світу бути не може. Бо все інше – це програш життя, це програш права, це програш, власне, світу.

No one can feel safe anywhere unless the aggressor is defeated. This is what every day in Ukraine proves – everything that the Russian troops and special services of the occupier are doing on our land against our people. And this is what they dream of bringing to the lands of other nations... The whole world knows this.

The world also knows that Russia can be stopped. This is a common interest. Stopped by the might of our warriors on the frontline. By our weapons, both Ukrainian and those we receive from our partners. By the power of law, that is, sanctions that need to be constantly enhanced, and by our joint work for justice. Every manifestation of Russian terror, every day of aggression is an additional argument that all this must end in the Tribunal – in a new Nuremberg against ruscism, against those who destroy lives and people, who use missiles against museums and guided bombs against churches.

Russia must lose. The world cannot have any other goal. For anything else is a defeat of life, a defeat of law, a defeat of the world itself.

37 років тому Аварія на Чорнобильській атомній станції залишила величезний шрам для всього світу. Витік радіації перетворив колись затишну й розвинену територію на зону відчуження. Сьогодні 30-кілометрова зона навколо ЧАЕС залишається небезпечним місцем із високою концентрацією радіації.

Минулого року окупант не тільки захопив атомну станцію, а й знову наразив на небезпеку весь світ. Минуло більше року з моменту звільнення. Наукові та безпекові підприємства в зоні ЧАЕС уже повернулися до нормального режиму роботи.

Україна та світ заплатили високу ціну за ліквідацію наслідків катастрофи, яка триває й донині. Ми маємо зробити все, щоб не дати державі-терористу жодного шансу використовувати об’єкти атомної енергетики для шантажу України й цілого світу.

Last year, the occupier not only seized the nuclear power plant, but also endangered the entire world again. It’s been more than a year after the liberation already, scientific and security enterprises in the Chornobyl zone have already returned to normal operation.

Ukraine and the world have paid a high price for the liquidation of the consequences of the disaster, which continues to this day. We must do everything to give no chance to the terrorist state to use nuclear power facilities to blackmail Ukraine and the entire world.

Провів телефонну розмову з Головою Китайської Народної Республіки Сі Цзіньпіном.

Під час годинного спілкування обговорили весь комплекс актуальних питань двосторонніх відносин. Окрему увагу приділили шляхам можливої взаємодії з метою встановлення справедливого і сталого миру для України.

Ніхто не бажає миру більше, ніж український народ. Ми – на своїй землі і боремося за наше майбутнє, реалізовуючи невід’ємне право на самооборону. Мир має бути справедливим і стійким, заснованим на принципах міжнародного права та поваги до Статуту ООН. Не може бути жодного миру за рахунок територіальних компромісів. Територіальна цілісність України має бути відновлена в межах 1991 року.

Також під час розмови обговорили шляхи зміцнення українсько-китайського партнерства. До повномасштабного російського вторгнення Китай був торговельним партнером України номер один. Вірю, що наша сьогоднішня розмова дасть потужний імпульс для повернення, збереження та розвитку цієї динаміки на всіх рівнях.

I had a phone call with President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping.

During the hour-long conversation, we discussed a full range of topical issues of bilateral relations. Particular attention was paid to the ways of possible cooperation to establish a just and sustainable peace for Ukraine.

No one wants peace more than the Ukrainian people. We are on our land and fighting for our future, exercising our inalienable right to self-defense. Peace must be just and sustainable, based on the principles of international law and respect for the UN Charter. There can be no peace at the expense of territorial compromises. The territorial integrity of Ukraine must be restored within the 1991 borders.

We also discussed ways to strengthen the Ukrainian-Chinese partnership. Before the full-scale Russian invasion, China was Ukraine's number one trading partner. I believe that our conversation today will give a powerful impetus to the return, preservation and development of this dynamic at all levels.
