Are the meds they gave helping a little? Perhaps it’s a case of them increasing those to relieve it moreYeah I tried a warm hot water bottle made the pain a 100 times worse. Some days/nights are great and others are just constant pain. It's like the worst period cramps in my face and electric shock pains all up my face and my jaw
I’m somewhat hesitant to recommend this item as they’ve been threatening to discontinue it for some time. It was released at the price mentioned in my receipt (and higher in other places) but is now just over £5! But should it discontinue, it’ll be hard to get the pads for it 
Big warning, this thing hurts. I get migraines occasionally and it does help but only if the pain is bad enough. It’s hard to explain but the tens gives you a new sensation (i.e pain) to focus on but should you not be in enough pain naturally, it will cause you more pain. I hope that makes sense

I think it's a good idea to do a care package for ourselves and then we have it ready for when we are poorly or pissed off. Hope your feeling better
My therapist had me do a self care box. It’s got simple things like a hairbrush, a journal for how I’m feeling, reading how I coped previously etc, face masks, headache tablets, a book, fidget things.
I keep it near my bed for the days I don’t like to face the world, it really does help x

I go to the same pet store for celebrations (birthdays, Christmas etc), Pets of London. Not the cheapest but I’ve never needed to darn or fix a toy from them! He has a new bandana, a British Guard toy, a box of birthday treats and his own burger laterhis brother is 3 next week and has all the same but a large crinkly ear rabbit instead of the soldier

I love all things Palmers. The leave in conditioner is gorgeous, I prefer the solid moisturiser than the cream after a bath to trap in that moisture x
