I could still sleep at night if I nap. My alarm was set to 5.20am and I woke up 1 minute before alarm went off. I thought it was about 3am

Couldn't have said it better. I hide away, constant pain is draining and just because someone is appearing to look well doesn't mean they aren't in chronic pain. People would look at me and say I look well when the truth is I have 3 chronic illnesses and never have a day without pain.
People need to do better

Absolutely same! I look completely fine, nothing at all looks wrong with me, when in fact everything inside is wrong with me. It’s hard enough getting help and being heard through the NHS, but to have people making claims someone is faking even when that person provided valid evidence of the diagnoses they have…. So infuriating

I live off naps but iv got my baby grandson for the next 2 days because my other ones going in hospital for an operation today so I need to stay awake during the day
