I'm genuinely not going to sub to hear people's traumatic stories. TikTok isn't a safe space for this. I don't know where is but it's never truly private on TikTok. It's absolutely impossible to make women only spaces on a public app.
Totally agree, like most people, I've been through horrendous trauma in my lifetime and the last place I would share it is on a social media app.

The issue people have with telling their story, exposing someone on the app, is that there’s idiots that will take the perps side and they just end up with more support and viewers than they originally had. It’s happened time and time again. Exposures on TikTok have become counterproductive

I worked with just women and the gossip I used to over hear was shocking at work. Because I never gossiped they would have 'private' convos infront of me
