That's probably why she was sour. She hoped Kuki would order the same amount she would, and then she'd be offered leftovers to take home and freeze. Unfortunately for her, for all her faults, Kuki is not a greedy pig and ordered enough for the people eating and no more lol

At home, her roast dinnas and takeaway plates are piled high with food but not usually when she’s at her SIL. They probably order a normal portion to feed X number of people so Sevda is obliged to leave some for others. Whereas at hers, she always orders way too much food so she can stuff her face.
