why is she so fing stingy with Ela's sandwiches? they are the thinnest, saddest looking things I have ever seen. 1.5 slices of ham! put a couple extra slices of protein, a few different veggies, maybe a healthier spread like hummus -- that's a nutritious sandwich, and you wouldn't need all the extra processed crap she throws in! just some fruit next to that would be good! You can get all of that done in the uk in the NHS. You ask your doctor and they will check everything.
So not sure why the need to go to turkey to do it.
So she needs to stop eating s basicly, but will she? No. No she wonāt.
She will lather her food in butter and s sauces and will continue to eat an unhealthy amount of cheese.
It was free for her, so why would she make any changes.
