If you want to lose weight do it sensibly and it comes off proportionately. I used to be a 14 which for my height was not massive 5ft 1 but bigger than I was happy with. I started eating sensibly about 4 years ago came down to a size 8 and have stayed an 8 ever since eating what i want when I want.
