Because she'll get instant reassurance and sympathy on TikTok. She'll have to wait weeks to get that from a GP. TikTok is her dopamine hit.
She's so needy as well as extremely immature. The embarrassment she brings to Andrew and his family is very very real.
And as you say, she's got colleagues, bosses and clients who will see all this too.

Did this woman go all the way through her schools and have no mates??? Nobody to talk to but a random teacher when she was just about to leave? Wonder if getting called a lesbian at aged 8 stuck & nobody wanted to be her mate. The plot thickens with this weird woman.
