Hello! Solicitor here, though I practice in house, previously in contracts and transactions. To simply put it, no, she cannot “sue” you. Defamation and libel cases do not take place as they do in the in the US for laypeople in the UK. Sevda may like big herself up as a “celebrity” or what have you, but she is not. No solicitor worth their salt will take her case on even if it were possible in the first instance. Such is only reserved for big companies and the like. I wouldn’t pay any attention.

In the past, she has threatened police involvement. This is highly amusing as no criminal activities against her have ever taken place. She is also not being stalked like she stated (LOL). She’s put all this information that we have gathered and figured out by herself. As mentioned, even going as far as to hand it to viewers on a silver platter.

At a stretch, she may be able to spin a case for a civil dispute but again, this is a weak proposition and not worth any legal challenge. If anything, she risks being targeted due to her shoddy actions regarding breaking the law when it comes to drink driving, child neglect and exploitation. You may even argue that she’s distributing child pornography due to the nature of some of the videos. Though I don’t think she’s done it on purpose, she’s definitely figured that Ela brings in more money and thus views. You might even say she’s aware that recording ela in a suggestive manner brings even more engagement. She is stupid and dim intellectually. She is also very cunning. But she’s also a liar and full of s.
Thanks for this @wildgoldchai 🙏 I thought it wouldn’t be a thing but wanted to hear what you thought

I’m sure there’ll be some solicitors who will take her for a ride if she’s actually serious. They know that there’s no substance to any “case” she wishes to bring forward. So they’ll use their initial contact hours to tell her this. Will charge a pretty penny for it too. It’s easy money for them haha

My daughter tried to serve a defamation on someone but what this person did was bad, but the lawyers told her it wouldn’t go through as it was done on the internet etc can’t remember the way they said it basically waste of money

Yep, they’ll drag it out and use as many office hours to tell you this essentially. So you have to pay for this. And yep, waste of money and honestly you’ll be laughed at for even thinking of taking it to court
